At ZEI Support Services, we are proud to be a trusted provider of NDIS support in the Far North, Northern Peninsula Area, and Torres Strait region. We specialise in helping Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and families, with a strong focus on capacity building, cultural sensitivity, and trauma-informed care.
Our mission is to inspire, support, and empower each person on their journey towards greater independence and a better quality of life. We walk alongside our clients, providing the right support at the right time, in a way that respects each individual’s unique needs, experiences, and culture.
Zei is pronounced ‘Zay’ in language and means ‘wind’.

NDIS Support
We offer personalised NDIS support to help individuals live their best life. Our services are designed to empower people to achieve their goals and enhance their independence, with a focus on respect and cultural sensitivity.
Family Wellbeing
Our holistic, family-centred support helps families build strength, resilience, and connection. We provide guidance and practical assistance to help families overcome challenges and thrive together.
Social and Emotional Wellbeing
We support individuals to manage their mental health and emotional wellbeing. Our services focus on building emotional resilience, strengthening relationships, and improving overall life satisfaction.
IPI Program
We offer specialised support for Indigenous people, focusing on reducing reoffending, substance abuse, homelessness, and domestic violence. We aim to improve emotional and social wellbeing, helping individuals create lasting, positive change.
Aged Care Services
Our culturally sensitive aged care services help older community members maintain independence and dignity. We provide personalised care that enhances quality of life and supports ongoing physical and emotional health.
Youth Services
We provide tailored support to young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, helping them make positive life choices and build skills for the future. Our services focus on social and emotional wellbeing, education, and employment opportunities.
